Has anyone tried this washer out and do you have any tips on doing the laundry? What is the best soap and how long did you rock it to get the clothing clean?

Never heard of it. Do you have pictures?

Betty, Michael Robertson is selling them. They are an off grid rocker washer and photos can be found on Deluxe Camping.

$799. wow. sorry. I'd rather use a little elbow grease.

It looks like a great washing machine. Did you buy it already? I use homemade soap, that you use felsnapa, borax and washing soda. You can add essential oils for fragrance if you wish. It works great, only takes a couple tablespoons. The clothes wash up nice and clean, and it is very cheap. You may want to speak to the guy on Delux Camping for his recommendations. I watched a video on it, and it seems like they may have stated 5 minutes, but I don't know. Let us know what you think of it..

I agree. It is very costly. You don't rock it. You're supposed to turn it, like a tumbler. For 10 minutes. It is a work out. I had a friend tell me that they used the breathing mobile washer (blue plunger thing) and they said if you use it right, it works really well, and it's only 20 dollars. He said that if you let your clothes soak a little bit and gently agitate it for 3 minutes, it will do the job. I have one and haven't tried it yet. You will also want a wringer, and your soap should be biodegradable.
